Retrieve your free credit record from one of the three credit agencies. Use this link. This is ABSOLUTELY FREE. There will be web sites that will trick you into paying. Not this one

You are legally entitled to ONE FREE credit report EVERY YEAR from EACH of the three big credit agencies (credit bureaus): Equifax, Experian, TransUnion. To get your report you will have to identify yourself and they will give you your file that you can download and save. Look at it. Do you see any errors? Credit reports often have errors and they can have serious consequences for you.

I want to make it clear:  I am not interested in your credit history. I just want to you to look at yours and prove to me that you did.

If you do not have a credit history, you can still get full credit if you can show me that you tried to get it but failed. If you are a foreign student and you have either a credit history or a credit score from your home country, that will also be sufficient. If you don't have a credit history in the US, it is understood that you may not be able to answer the following questions.
