PHYS 239 - Special Topics - Grover [WI20]
See syllabus.pdf.
Topological phases of matter are characterized by long-range quantum entanglement, presence of anyonic excitations and ground state degeneracy that depends only on the topology of the manifold. This course will focus on a physical introduction to topological phases with topics such as simple lattice models, field theoretical understanding and anyon algebra. All course content can be accessed under 'Modules'.
