Office Hours: To be announced! Will be posted on the MPH Canvas.

Hello! My name is Erin Warren, and I’m excited to welcome you to the practicum program! I support MPH & PhD students in preparing for and completing their practicum requirement, and I work closely with both students and preceptors to ensure that practicum projects are well-aligned with public health competencies and the needs of your internship organization.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (Go Mustangs!), and my Master of Education degree in Adult and Higher Education at Oregon State University (Go Beavers!).

I’ve been advising students for about eight years across different UC campuses. I was the undergraduate advisor for UC San Diego’s Global Health Program, where I dedicated focus to guiding students through experiential learning opportunities. Earlier in my career, I advised undergraduate students for UC Berkeley’s College of Letters and Sciences.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, going thrifting with friends, and obsessing over my cat, Mister Biscuits.

I'm looking forward to working with you on achieving practicum success!
