A 27-year-old female states,

“Me siento con falta de aire hoy. He tenido tos, congestión de la nariz, escalofríos, y falta de apetito por cuatro días. Hoy tengo más falta de aire al toser y me siento que no puede respirar por la nariz.”

Vital signs are normal, and examination reveals nasal congestion and post-nasal drip, occasional dry cough, clear breath sounds, and normal respiratory effort. Chest X-ray is normal.
