We ask that you spend a few minutes reflecting on your experience in this course this week. Please give thoughtful and truthful answers, to the best of your ability. Your specific answers will not affect your grade in any way. You will receive credit as long as you complete it.
This survey (and others that follow) is not anonymous because (1) you will receive credit for completing this survey and (2) the teaching staff would like to be able to reach out to help students who might need extra support. Your name and personally identifying information will be kept completely confidential to only the course staff. You will be able to provide anonymous feedback on the course on the end of quarter SETs. We will also give you the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback at mid-quarter.
